Parish Mass times The Parish Pastoral Council met on Monday 25th February. Concerns about the health and safety of those attending the 5pm Mass at St Matthew’s Church, Garvaghey have been a monthly topic of conversation. Various proposals had been suggested but no one proposal was decided upon. The Council felt that action should be taken now. So as from Saturday 6th/Sunday 7th April the following Mass schedule will operate: Saturday 5pm St Mary’s Church, Dunmoyle; Saturday 7pm St Malachy’s Church, Ballymacilroy; Sunday 10am St Matthew’s Church, Garvaghey; Sunday 11.30am Church of the Immaculate Conception, Ballygawley. It is hoped that the sacristan, the choirs, altar servers, Ministers of the Word, collectors, Ministers of the Eucharist will be able to accommodate these new times. Those who have anniversaries booked will be changed to the new times – if this does not suit please contact Fr. M to facilitate.
