Errigal Ciaran Club Notes With last week’s St. Patricks weekend Alphalot jackpot of £7800 being scooped by Lawrence McGirr, the prize pot reduced to £5000 again for this weeks draw. There were no jackpot nor match 4 winners and so the 4 lucky dips drawn were; Cuthbert Donnelly, Dermot McCann, Ciaran McCann and Kathleen Martin who win £25 each.  The jackpot next week rises to £5100 and we thank you for your continued support. The club enjoyed a successful presentation evening on Saturday past at Kellys Inn and a good night was had by all in attendance.  We would like to thank the organising committee of Brenda Mellon, Cathal McAnenly, Tommy Traynor, Joe Neill and Eamonn Kelly.  We would also like to thank our compere on the night, Mark Harte and our guest speakers Siobhan Garry and Ciaran McLaughlin for their contributions to the evening’s success. Errigal Ciaran Youth Spring Training is well underway now.  Due to the numbers of U6’s and U8’s, the training for these groups of boys and girls continues on Saturdays from 10am – 11am in St. Ciarans College.  U10’s and U12’s coaching continues in St. Ciarans College on Tuesdays from 18:30 – 19:30.  All parents of U6’s and U8’s are encouraged to attend to assist the coaching indoors.  All children need to be accompanied into and out of the halls and pitches at the beginning and end of training for Health and Safety Reasons. For any members experiencing a recent black out with regards club text messages, we would ask for patience.  We are experiencing difficulties with our mobile provider and are investigating alternative communication options at the moment.  Ideally, WhatsApp is still the most effective platform and we would encourage anybody with access to a smartphone to download WhatsApp and let us know you have done so. With our adult footballers set to commence their league campaigns this weekend we would like to take the opportunity to wish all players, management and support health and good luck for the forthcoming season.  We would also like to thank the families and support networks behind our playing members for their infinite and invaluable support and patience! Upcoming club fixtures: Sat 30th March @ 12noon – U14 Boys vs. Coalisland @ Dunmoyle, Sat 30th March @ 3pm & 4:30pm – Junior Reserves & Juniors vs. Brockagh @ Dunmoyle, Sun 31st @ 2:15pm & 3:45pm – Senior Reserves & Seniors vs. Carrickmore @ Dunmoyle, Mon 1st April @ 7:30pm – U14 Boys vs. Moy @ Moy, Tues 2nd April @ 6:30pm – Minor Girls vs. Omagh @ Dunmoyle, Wed 3rd April @ 6:45pm – Minor Boys vs. Omagh @ Omagh, Fri 5th @ 6:45pm – U14 Boys vs. Killeeshil @ Killeeshil.  All support is greatly appreciated.
