Sacrament of Confirmation – congratulations to all 46 young people who were Confirmed recently – so much preparation showed on the day, the Bishop was very impressed – thanks to Bishop Michael Router for his prayerful leadership and to the choir and musicians who added so much to the liturgy – and to the Parish Pastoral Council and all who helped organise and serve the refreshments afterwards in St Ciaran’s Hall.

Fr Leo Traynor’s Mission Work – Fr. Leo will be returning to his Mission in Malawi next mowithin thetinue his great work within the SELL PROGRAM and to support the Building of an Ecology Education Centre in Mzuzu. He is deeply grateful to all the support he has received from the Parishioners of Errigal Ciaran over many years and to those who continue to support his work with their Monthly Pledge of £5 per month. Carlo Acutis – born 3rd May 1991, died 12th October 2006 – will be canonised soon – declared a saint. One of his sayings/beliefs is – ‘If we go out in the sun, we get a suntan… but when we get in front of Jesus in the Eucharist, we become saints.’
